This facility is seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Two options
  • Monday, Tuesday, Friday from 8a-5p
  • Wednesday and Friday from 8a-12p
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• Scope: Adult
• Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks
• State Licensure: Active State License required
• Requirements: Must be Board Certified, completed a pain management residency, have two years of experience, be comfortable with injections, and be able to use an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
