Join Maine's Only Pediatric Pulmonary Specialty Group in Portland, ME

Maine Medical Partners Pediatric Specialty Care is seeking a FT BE/BC Pediatric Pulmonologist to join three pulmonologists and a nurse practitioner in Portland, Maine. Being BE/BC in sleep medicine is desirable but not required for the position, and applicants interested in general pulmonology are encouraged to apply.

· Maine’s only pediatric pulmonary specialty group.

· Located in Southern Maine with outreach clinics in central Maine and NH to improve access for children in rural parts of the state.

· Active bronchoscopy service, participate in an aerodigestive clinic, a muscular dystrophy clinic, and manage children on home ventilation.

· Division of Pediatric Pulmonology provides care for children at the Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital, a 96-bed hospital that includes a 50-bed neonatal ICU and 8 bed PICU within Maine Medical Center.

· Associated with an American Academy of Sleep Medicine accredited Sleep Medicine Center.

· Academic responsibilities include providing education to the pediatric residency program and students from Tufts Medical School’s Maine track program.
