Job Title: Psychiatrist Location: Springdale, AR Setting: Inpatient Schedule: 7 on / 7 off Salary: Up to $450,000 Employment Type: W2 or 1099 Job Description: We are seeking a psychiatrist to join our dynamic team in an inpatient setting. This position offers a unique 7 on / 7 off schedule, allowing for a balanced work-life experience while providing critical psychiatric care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care, including medication management and therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans.
• Board-certified Psychiatrist with valid licensure.
• Ability to work a 7 on / 7 off schedule.
