Family Practice Assignment in Kentucky

Join our team as a Family Practice Physician for an assignment beginning ASAP through October 1st. Work in an outpatient clinic environment in an ideal location, while enjoying the natural beauty of the area. The Kentucky town offers convenient access to nearby city centers like Lexington and Nashville for various dining, outdoor, and shopping experiences.

Credentials & Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible Family Practice Physician
• BLS and DEA certification required

Schedule:

• The assignment begins April 1st through October 1st
• Weekly schedule: 8 AM - 6 PM Monday, 8 AM - 6 PM Tuesday, 8 AM - 7 PM Thursday, and 8 AM - 5 PM Friday

Practice Setting:

• Outpatient clinic environment with an average of 1-2 patients per hour
• Receive support from a Medical Assistant and the front desk staff

Cases and Procedures:

• Handle a range of primary care services, from sick visits to routine health maintenance, hypertension management, upper respiratory issues, and back pain
• Educate patients on preventive health measures and provide acute care interventions, contributing to their overall well-being
