Compensation Details
$220-274k
Additional Benefits: Nine paid holidays, generous paid time off Medical, dental & vision insurance Free Life & LTD coverage, pension contribution Employee recognition, engagement activities Robust training, Tuition Reimbursement Loan Repayment up to $75,000 for a two-year commitment Relocation: Up to $10,000 for candidates over 100 miles away. Sign-on Bonus: Negotiable $30k paid after first month. Incentive Compensation: Biannual bonuses based on volume, work RVUs, quality documentation, and initiatives. Non-negotiable base compensation is determined by experience. Additional $10,000 site differential.
