###  Practice Overview

• Collaborative team of 3 medical oncologists, 1 radiation oncologist, and 2 experienced NPs
• More than 200 primary care referrals feed into two well-established hospital clinics
• Balanced case mix: 50% hematology / 50% solid tumor
• Shared call rotation with low in-person volume for predictable, manageable workloads

### ** Schedule**

• 4-day clinical week split between two nearby hospitals
• Consistent weekday hours with reliable patient flow
• Monthly admin time built in for documentation, planning, and program development
• Weekend call averages just 2–4 inpatient consults per day, mostly phone-based

### ** Compensation & Benefits**

• Generous base salary plus RVU-based incentives
• Call stipend: $400/day
