• Physician-owned multispecialty group with 3 medical oncologists, 1 radiation oncologist, and 2 experienced nurse practitioners
• More than 200 referring primary care physicians support two established hospital-based clinics
• Balanced case mix with approximately 50 percent hematology and 50 percent solid tumor oncology
• Multidisciplinary tumor boards and coordinated cancer care across specialties
• Shared call structure with low in-person demand and predictable coverage

### Schedule

• Four-day clinical workweek split between two nearby hospitals
• Consistent weekday hours with steady, well-managed patient flow
• Dedicated administrative time each month for documentation and program development
• Weekend call averages two to four inpatient consults per day, primarily phone-based

### Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary with RVU-based productivity incentives
• Call stipend of $400 per day
