Practice Overview
- Physician-owned multispecialty group with 3 medical oncologists, 1 radiation oncologist, and 2 experienced nurse practitioners
- More than 200 referring primary care physicians support two established hospital-based clinics
- Balanced case mix with approximately 50 percent hematology and 50 percent solid tumor oncology
- Multidisciplinary tumor boards and coordinated cancer care across specialties
- Shared call structure with low in-person demand and predictable coverage
### Schedule
- Four-day clinical workweek split between two nearby hospitals
- Consistent weekday hours with steady, well-managed patient flow
- Dedicated administrative time each month for documentation and program development
- Weekend call averages two to four inpatient consults per day, primarily phone-based
### Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary with RVU-based productivity incentives
