Practice Setting
- Outpatient-only, multi-specialty centers with on-site lab, imaging, infusion, and radiation therapy
- Opportunity to focus on general Hematology/Oncology or just Hematology
- Modern, new facilities supported by experienced APPs and care teams
- Active tumor boards and a strong clinical research department
** Schedule & Call**

Monday–Friday, with potential for a 4-day clinical week plus 1 admin day
- 1 evening pager call per week and weekend call rotation of 1:4
- Hospital and ED call duties required; APP support provided during hospital coverage
- Call structure expected to evolve as the team grows
** Compensation & Benefits**

Year 1 guaranteed income floor; $350,000–$400,000+ with immediate RVU bonus eligibility
- Long-term earnings potential up to $800K+; RVU model
- 30 days of paid Doctor Time Off (DTO) + 6 holidays for most specialties
