Work Details: • Patients per day: Clinic 20-22 patients • Patient Population/Age: adult • Department Description: Cath Lab will be hospital consults 3-4 per day, plus EP cases 4-6 a day depending on case length. • EMR: Cerner • Hospital Bed size: 268 • Special Procedures: cardiac electrophysiology; specifically, heart rhythm disturbances, Ablations - must show 100 EP cases in last 2 years in case logs with emphasis on ablations Must be comfortable doing moderate sedation on their own Technology - Abbott Ensite-X Mapping system (must be comfortable using), must do TEEs and moderate sedation • Skills Required: Albations Practice Setting: • Hospital • In-Office Clinic Requirements: • Board Certification: BC or BE required • License Required: AZ Licensed. Willing to License • DEA: AZ registered • CSR: not required • Certifications Required: ACLS • Minimum Experience Required: 1 year Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
