    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Internal Medicine Outpatient Physician to join our team. As a Internal Medicine Outpatient Physician at Kaiser Permanente, you will play a key role in delivering comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to promote health, prevent disease, and manage chronic conditions.     Responsibilities:

     

                •           Provide high-quality primary care services to patients of all ages, including preventive care, acute care, and chronic disease management

                •           Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose medical conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans

                •           Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-management strategies

                •           Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, nurses, and allied health staff, to coordinate care and ensure continuity of services

                •           Utilize electronic health records (EHR) system to document patient encounters, track outcomes, and facilitate communication within the healthcare team

                •           Participate in quality improvement initiatives, evidence-based practice guidelines, and continuing medical education activities to enhance clinical practice and patient outcomes

                •           Maintain licensure and board certification in Family Medicine, and adhere to professional standards and ethical principles

     

    Qualifications:

     

                •           Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine

                •           Residency training in Family Medicine

                •           Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine

                •           Current, unrestricted medical license in [state]

                •           Excellent clinical skills and judgment

                •           Strong interpersonal and communication skills

                •           Commitment to providing patient-centered care and promoting health equity

                •           Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
