Urologist Opportunity – Gulf Coast Living with $800k+ Potential

We are seeking a full-time Urologist to join our established, not-for-profit hospital located right off the beautiful Gulf Coast. This is an excellent opportunity offering a flexible schedule, strong procedural volume, and a supportive clinical environment with excellent resources to optimize patient care and physician efficiency.

Position Highlights

• 4 or 4.5 day work week
• Clinic hours: Monday–Thursday, 8 AM–5 PM; Friday flexible (8 AM–12 PM)
• 2.5 blocked OR days weekly in a dedicated Urology Suite
• Ancillary services include ultrasound, bladder scanner, microscopes, and UAS
• Full-service lab onsite
• Join a collegial team of 4 Urologists and 3 APPs, with experienced nursing and clinical support

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary year one up to $700,000, plus wRVU production
• $75,000 practice transition bonus

• Board-certified or board-eligible Urologist
• Open to residents, new graduates, and experienced physicians
