  • 7-bed Level IIIA NICU with newborn nursery coverage
  • Planned expansion to a 13-bed NICU, offering future growth and leadership opportunities
  • Team-based model with 3 neonatologists and 2 neonatal nurse practitioners
  • Combination of in-house and home call supporting excellent work–life balance
  • Flexible scheduling that allows time for personal interests and professional development

  • Part of the Richmond Commonwealth Neonatology Practice, a 5-hospital system including:

  • Collaboration with 12 neonatologists and 18 APPs across the region
