Make a meaningful difference where your work truly matters.

Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking a BC/BE, fellowship-trained Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our pediatric specialty team in Albuquerque. This is an opportunity to practice in a well-supported environment where excellent clinical care and a sustainable personal life can truly coexist.

You’ll join three Pediatric Endocrinologists and two Diabetes Educators/Nutritionists, supported by dedicated clinical staff and an experienced inpatient nursing team. Our PICU, pediatric inpatient unit, NICU and multispecialty clinic are all co-located at our flagship campus, creating a highly collaborative model of care.

Why physicians choose this opportunity: • ADA-recognized diabetes program • Protected time for inpatient consults and intentionally structured clinic blocks • Call approximately one week per month, with inpatient physician support and no parent calls after 10 p.m. • Diverse patient population serving children and families across New Mexico • Systemwide Epic EMR with Dragon dictation and DAX AI

    A truly integrated pediatric community

Presbyterian Children’s Care includes a 21-bed PICU, 56-bed NICU and 18-bed Pediatric Unit. Pediatric intensivists, neonatologists and pediatric hospitalists are in-house 24/7.

Our pediatric subspecialties include cardiology, cardiovascular surgery, chronic care, endocrinology, gastroenterology, hematology/oncology, nephrology, neurology, pulmonology, surgery and more.

In this role, you will: • Provide comprehensive pediatric endocrine care across inpatient and outpatient settings • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focused on excellent outcomes and family-centered care • Contribute to clinical standards, quality initiatives and patient-experience improvements

Compensation and benefits: • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits • CME and generous paid time off • Physician lounge with complimentary prepared meals, on-site gym and free garage parking • PSLF-qualified not-for-profit employer • New Mexico state loan repayment opportunities • J-1 waiver and H-1B sponsorship eligibility with dedicated immigration support and employer-paid fees • Access to New Mexico’s state-funded universal childcare program

    Why Albuquerque?

Albuquerque offers shorter commutes, easy access to the outdoors, a strong cultural identity and the amenities of a growing city without the pace of a major metro.

You’ll find: • Average one-way commutes of about 22–23 minutes • Hiking, biking and skiing in the nearby Sandia Mountains • New Mexico United soccer, Albuquerque Isotopes baseball and minor league hockey • A distinctive food scene influenced by Native American, Hispanic and Southwestern traditions • Incredible sunsets and easy access to some of the Southwest’s most beautiful landscapes
