A marquis physician-led orthopedic practice with a peerless reputationis seeking an Orthopedic Total Joint Surgeon to join a busy, established total joint program.

In your new role, you will have a major impact from day one, supported by immediate case volume, strong referral patterns, and established infrastructure.

Professional Overview

• Immediate operative demand – 350+ cases Year One (verified)
• Established referral base supported by long-standing physician relationships
• Two well-appointed clinics, positioned alongside their own ASC & recovery facility, enhancing the patient experience
• Dedicated OR time – work two rooms at a time with streamlined case flow
• 2 full days OR, 2 days in clinic, .5 day Friday
• Open to a general orthopedic surgeon with demonstrated total joint focus and expertise

Compensation & Benefits

• Two-year salary guarantee with bonus based on collections
• Call pay: 6 days a month @ $1500 per day= $108,000 annual
• Opportunity to buy into the ASCs after year two
• Comprehensive benefits package, health, retirement & malpractice insurance
• Sign-On bonus & relocation allowance, PTO & CME stipend
• Income potential: $1.1MM - $1.3MM+
• No State Income Tax
