· Guaranteed Base Compensation of $400,000 w/an Estimated Income of approx. $500,000.

This Critical Care opportunity offers you the ability to work as a permanent provider in Southeastern WI with a group of 8-physicians, providing exclusive critical care services at 5-local hospitals. As Wisconsin’s largest city, Milwaukee has every desired amenity, including a large school system, multiple colleges, a bustling nightlife, breweries, top-rated restaurants, and hotels. Only 1.5 hours from Chicago, and less than 30-minutes from more rural lake communities, you can have the best of both worlds. Wisconsin is also an excellent state to practice Critical Care Medicine and raise a family.

· Position: Permanent Critical Care Physician / Intensivist

· Job Number: WI1607

· City/State: Milwaukee, WI

· Facility: 5-Local Hospitals serviced by 8-physicians now, looking for 5 more Intensivists to join the expanding team. Excellent growth and potential.

· Facility Profile: 1 larger hospital (48 bed ICU) and 4 smaller community hospitals

· Trauma: Non-designated

· ADC: 4-14 patient encounters in 12-hour shift w/day shift and night shift APP support.

· Support Staff: solid team of APPs plus RN’s, Techs, Admin support, etc.

· Client is requesting fellowship trained in either: pulm/CC, neurocritical care or EM/CC.

· Procedures: Typical of a CC physician, contact office for additional details

· Schedule: Standard shift is 7a - 7p (12/hrs) w/ approximately 2 nights w/ a differential per month.

· Compensation: Excellent base compensation of approx. $400,000 w/ RVU incentive. Expect around $500,000 as a productive member, + full health & welfare package, CME, Licensure, PTO, Paid Med-Mal Insurance and more.
