Locums - Pediatric EM - Minnesota

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Hospital Info: 254 beds, Level III Ped Trauma Center, Level IV NICU

​

Reason For Coverage: Searching for permanent providers (have two openings)

​

Start: July, ongoing – 6 months, possibly longer, Minimum 5 shifts/month

​

Shift Info: Monday-Sunday 8hr Days (7am-3pm)   

*Possible 8hr Nights (11pm-7am)

Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60 days 

​

Job Details:

1. Patient Volume per Provider:  12-16 per shift
2. Standard EM Pediatric cases
3. Staff: PEM Physicians, Occasional Non-PEM moonlighters, residents, full complement of imaging capabilities 24/7, APPs
4. Epic EMR
5. Client Requirements: Pediatric Residency with Pediatric EM Fellowship or BC/BE ABEM/AOBEM with PEDS EM experience
6. All travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are covered
