Job Summary:

MidWest Eye Center, serving the Cincinnati, Ohio, and Northern Kentucky communities, is seeking a Fellowship-trained Cornea Specialist Surgeon to join our growing, multi-location, multispecialty practice. This is an exciting full-time opportunity for a skilled physician who values clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and collaboration with an established team of Ophthalmologists, Retina Specialists, and Optometrists. With access to advanced technology, robust staff support, and the resources of EyeSouth Partners, this role provides immediate access to a significant surgical volume and a clear path to partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality surgical and medical care in corneal disease management
• Perform corneal surgeries, cataract surgeries, and other procedures with precision and efficiency
• Manage and expand an already established surgical and clinical patient base
• Collaborate with existing physicians and staff to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care
• Utilize EHR and practice resources to maximize efficiency and patient outcomes
• Stay current with evolving surgical techniques, technologies, and best practices
• Support practice growth initiatives, patient education, and community engagement

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Fellowship-trained in Cornea
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
• Eligible for unrestricted medical license in Ohio and Kentucky
• Excellent clinical, surgical, and communication skills
• Commitment to teamwork, patient-centered care, and professional growth

• Multi-location practice serving Cincinnati, Ohio, and Northern Kentucky
