Interventional Pain Management Physician Outside of Indianapolis

Our client is seeking a Fellowship-Trained Interventional Pain Management physician to join a growing and highly respected practice in Terre Haute, Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established group with strong neurosurgical referral relationships, advanced procedural capabilities, and long-term partnership potential. The practice offers a fully interventional model with no chronic pain management or opioid management responsibilities, strong clinical support, and a clear pathway to partnership/shareholder status.
Responsibilities:
- Perform interventional pain procedures including nerve blocks, steroid injections, cervical and lumbar interventions, radiofrequency ablation (RFA), stim trials, and permanent stim placements
- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient clinical setting
- Perform procedures both in-office and at the ambulatory surgery center
- Collaborate closely with neurosurgery referral partners and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation utilizing NextGen EMR
- Participate in patient education, treatment planning, and follow-up care
- Round only on personal patients as needed
Requirements:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pain Management
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pain Fellowship
- Training in Anesthesiology, PM&R, Neurology, or related specialty accepted
- Interest in a fully interventional pain practice model
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Open to both experienced physicians and new graduates
- Ability to obtain Indiana medical licensure if not currently licensed

Compensation Details
$400K–$500K
