      Practice Overview

      • Independent GI group with full-service model: 13 board-certified GIs and 8 APPs across clinic, endoscopy, infusion, and pathology
      • Modern on-site facilities: Clinic, Endoscopy Center, Infusion Center, and Pathology Lab are all under one roof
      • Robust procedural volume: Over 20,000 annual procedures including EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP, and EUS
      • Excellent Work/Life Balance: Enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule from 8a-5p with minimal 1:10 hospital call shared among group with hospitalist support
      • Protected procedural time: Clinic and procedures are balanced, averaging 15 patients or cases per day

      Compensation & Benefits

      • Generous Salary: Guaranteed base salary of $500K for two years with transition to productivity-based earnings, plus ancillary revenue streams available
      • Generous time off: 20 days PTO + 5 days CME + 5 days paid sick leave annually
      • $50K Signing Bonus, $15K Relocation Allowance , and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), profit sharing, and cash balance plan

      Position Requirements

      • Certification: BC/BE in Gastroenterology with completion of ACGME fellowship
      • Specialization: Open to general or advanced GI; ERCP and EUS supported but not required
      • Licensure: must be eligible for Wisconsin medical licensure and able to travel locally one day per week
