Practice Setting
- Adult only patient population
- Employees and dependent spouse
- Primary care with acute and chronic condition management
- Medication dispensary on site experience a plus
Schedule
- Mon-Thurs with daily lunch break
- Two days per week work with another provider
- Support staff includes 1 RN, 1 LPN, and 1 CMA
Requirements
- Epic EMR experience preferred
