Practice & Cases
- Adult cardiac and vascular surgery
- Approximately 130 CABG cases annually
- TAVR volume is approximately comparable to CABG
- General thoracic surgical experience is valuable
Schedule
- Inpatient surgical coverage with call
- Approximately 6 to 8 working hours per day
- Initial extended coverage block
- Future need of approximately 1 to 2 weeks per month
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO
- Board Certification with Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery CAQ required
- Missouri license or active IMLC LOQ required
