How you'll make an impact in this role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated advanced practice provider to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
* Join an established team of of 7 clinical providers
* Call structure: No call required
* Practice setting: 100% outpatient urgent care clinic equipped with 4 exam rooms
* Access to: Dual EMR systems (Athena and Systoc) to support seamless documentation and work-flows
* Employed position within a nonprofit health system
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Advanced Practice Provider
* Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
* Drive clinical efficiency by managing an expected average volume of 22 outpatient encounters per day
* Enhance community access to acute care services by delivering comprehensive evaluations for a diverse demographic, spanning pediatric to adult patient populations
* Provide essential occupational health support by performing comprehensive new hire physicals and managing workers' compensation cases

What minimum requirements you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Nurse Practitioner specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Master's degree of Nursing required.
