Highlights

Practice Setting
- Outpatient care setting
- Patient panel is adults only* Full care team with 2 APs, 1 MD, 1 Psychologist, RNs, and Technicians
Schedule
- Full-time, 5 days a week * Hours are 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday through Friday * Rotation through various 16-bed units * No call or weekends
Procedures and Cases
- Minimal wound care if needed
- Treat conditions like anxiety, heart issues, pregnancy, STDs, and psychiatric medication interactions
- Capable of prescribing medications, ordering labs, and interpreting results
- Specialize in addiction and trauma cases, with high-risk situations referred to the Emergency Room
Requirements
- BC or BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- DEA certification
- North Carolina state licensure required
- Orientation includes BLS, CPI, and de-escalation training
Compensation Details
$100–$130/hour
