      Exciting opportunity to join a network of value-based primary care centers for adults on Medicare. Practice in brand-new facilities with a full support team with the opportunity to build your practice!

      • The established team includes other Internal Medicine and Family practice physicians with midlevel support, MA's, practice managers, and behavior health specialists.
      • Around 13-15 patients per day
      • 100% Outpatient with No Call required!
      • Multiple Locations to choose from!
      • 100% Adult, No Pediatric Work
      • Quality of life schedule with dedicated administrative time each week
      • Employed position with a generous salary, bonus incentives, full benefits, PTO, CME time, and CME allowance.
      • Up to $75,000 Sign-On Bonus and Relocation assistance offered
