About the Role:
Summit Spine and Joint Centers is seeking a fellowship-trained Interventional Pain Management Physician with expertise in intrathecal drug delivery systems to lead and expand our growing Intrathecal Pump Program across the Metro Atlanta market.
This is more than a physician position—it's an opportunity to shape the future of a specialized service line within one of the nation's largest and fastest-growing interventional pain management organizations. You'll have the clinical autonomy, organizational support, and leadership resources needed to develop a best-in-class pump program while providing exceptional care to patients living with chronic pain.

- Lead the growth of a dedicated Intrathecal Pump Program
- Equity partnership opportunity tied to the continued success of the program
- Monday–Friday outpatient schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Established referral network and strong patient demand
- Collaborative team of experienced interventional pain physicians, APPs, and clinical staff

The physician will serve as the clinical leader for our intrathecal pump service line, providing comprehensive evaluation, implantation, management, and long-term follow-up of patients requiring intrathecal drug delivery therapy.
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine
- Fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management
- Demonstrated experience with intrathecal drug delivery systems, including implantation and long-term management
- Active Georgia medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
- Interest in program development, collaboration, and long-term practice growth

Compensation Details
$500K–$1M
Compensation is a mix of a fully guaranteed base salary + equity distributions from the Intrathecal Pump Program
