As a Hopscotch team member, you have:

• Smaller patient panels (~600) and longer appointment times (20 and 40 min) to allow for more time with patients
• Interdisciplinary care teams to support each patient’s wellness needs in the clinic and beyond
• Tech-enabled solutions to make your visits more efficient including AI dictation software and live documentation support. Your dedicated clinical documentation specialist will prep your charts!

Our Medical Director opportunities come with a unique compensation model that enables Medical Directors to earn up to double their annual salary when the clinic is achieving its long-term goals. Additionally, our clinics are also NHSC eligible, meaning there is loan repayment potential!
