As a Physician, you'll work as part of an integrated health team to provide and ensure continuity of care as you develop and implement patient care management plans.

We are looking for:

• an MD / DO degree from an accredited Medical School
• board certification or board eligibility in primary specialty
• current, active license to practice in Texas
• current, unrestricted DEA
