Local Team Collaboration:
- We are establishing a team of six physicians and two advanced practice providers (APPs) at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, with the support of a clinical performance nurse.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified/eligible internal or family medicine physicians.
**Practice in the Heart of the Community**
Flexible Scheduling:
- We offer flexible PRN scheduling options to promote a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- We welcome the challenge of complex cases, working in an open ICU setting, managing vents with the assistance of Tele-ICU, and doing procedures like central lines and arterial lines. Training is offered for procedures.
- We anticipate the team will meet once a month for team meetings to collaborate on our goals of bringing better to the bedside.

Compensation Details
Rewards and Benefits: * Compensation: * Expected annual compensation is competitive at over $360k, depending on the number of PRN shifts worked * Benefits: * Paid malpractice insurance and tail coverage.
