We're seeking a dynamic PA or ACNP with orthopedic experience to join our elite team of Advanced Practice Providers and Surgeons in the West Valley.

Position Highlights:

• Location: Banner Health Clinic 5601 W Eugie Ave., Suite 100 Glendale, AZ 85304 (Banner Thunderbird Medical Center)
• Focus: Immediate orthopedic care for acute cases
  • Environment: Fast-paced, collaborative, clinic-based

Requirements:

• Certification: ACNP (with RNFA certification) or PA
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Arizona
• Current BLS & ACLS certification
• Current prescribing privileges, including DEA license for controlled substances
• Experienced APP with orthopedic skills - 3+ years' experience preferred (orthopedic generalist/trauma)
• Fracture care experience desired
