Cook Children’s Health Care System in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a full-time board eligible/board certified Pediatric Palliative Care Physician to join our compassionate and collaborative team.

Clinical Practice Highlights

• Consultative palliative care service across the system
• Care for patients of all ages and all stages of disease
• Treat a diverse patient population with complex medical conditions
• Provide care across multiple settings:
• Inpatient consults
• Outpatient clinic (in-person and or via home-based telemedicine)
• Optional involvement with home-based hospice collaboration
