  • Join our growing team of dedicated Cancer Subspecialties team of healthcare providers delivering high-quality, specialized care for cancer patients dealing with physical, cognitive, emotional, and social complications of cancer diagnosis and treatment. This role will focus on enhancing the quality of life and function for patients after treatment as well as preventing impairments from developing.

    The selected individual will join the Cancer Subspecialities team at the Rush MD Anderson Cancer Center, alongside the director of Cancer Rehabilitation and an exercise physiologist. This is a 100% outpatient position. The successful candidate will work with cancer rehabilitation patients and be expected to continue the growth of our prehabilitation and survivorship programs. They will work closely in an inter- and multi-disciplinary fashion with oncology providers, therapists, supportive oncology, and more. Anticipated start date is fall 2025, but other dates may be considered.

    Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. The total pay range shown reflects the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, knowledge and skills; relevant experience and training; education, certifications, and licensure; primary work location; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee, and includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role. Opportunities for increased compensation based on exceeding productivity targets. Additional compensation may include sign-on and retention bonuses and relocation allowances. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.

    Pay Range: $251,394 - $368,017
