** Practice Setting**
- Physician-led group under a PSA model
- High-volume clinic and hospital-based practice with significant interventional caseload (current providers averaging 14,000 wRVUs)
- No structural required - currently referred to Boise
- One hospital and one clinic site—streamlined and efficient with minimal travel
- Excellent support from 4 advanced practice providers, RNs, device techs, and cath lab staff
- Modern facility with 4 outpatient and 1 inpatient cath lab rooms and full procedural capabilities
- Rough Annual Volumes: 70 STEMIs and 400 PCIs
** Schedule**

Typical schedule is 7:30/8:00 AM–3:00 PM with half-day Fridays
- Call rotation is STEMI and general cardiology, about every third weekend and one weekday
- Self-managed recovery time, with options to start late or end early post-call

Guaranteed base salary of up to $800K/year for up to 2 years, with most physicians transitioning to production in under 12 months
- Earning potential exceeds $1.2M, supported by high procedural volume and a 100% RVU-based model
