Obstetrics and Gynecology Locums Physician - Oregon, 24-Hr Shifts

This OB Hospitalist role in Oregon still has 24-hour shifts available this fall near Rogue Valley International Airport (MFR).

Highlights

• 24-hour in-house shifts
• 14 shifts/month available; pick up part-time or full-time blocks
• Focused OB only - no GYN, no circumcisions

Practice Setting

• Baby-friendly hospital with Level 3 NICU
• Maternal-Fetal Medicine support onsite
• In-house anesthesia available at all times
• Backup for midwives and family medicine providers

Schedule

• 24-hour shifts (7a–7a)
• Open to part-time or full-time locums coverage
• Only 1-2 weeks/month required; flexible block scheduling

Cases and Procedures

• Deliveries only, no GYN cases required
• Approximately 20–26 deliveries per month per hospitalist
• High-acuity OB: 70% of patients with comorbidities
• No gestational age limit for deliveries

Requirements

• Active Oregon license required
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• DEA certification required
