** Practice Setting**

• Mix of inpatient and outpatient cases
• Medical direction model 1:4 with 2–3 anesthesiologists on-site
• 6 ORs per site handling 10–60 cases daily
• Assignments rotate between Allentown and Bethlehem

** Schedule**

• Monday–Friday only
• Choose between 5x8s or 4x10s
• Minimum 3 weeks/month (prefers 4)
• No weekends or holidays required

** Procedures and Cases**

• 85% orthopedics; also GYN, GI, ENT, podiatry, plastics, occasional peds over age 8
• Regionals and nerve blocks are not required
• Strong team environment with consistent case volume

** Requirements**

• CRNA with at least 12 months of experience
• Active PA license required prior to start
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications

** Credentialing Requirements**

• 90–120 day credentialing timeline
• Uses Axuall for digital credentialing prep

** Travel accommodations**

• Lodging and mileage covered for non-local providers
• One round-trip flight per month considered if needed
