Kent, Ohio | VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System (VISN 10)
The VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System (VANEOHS) is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Hematologist/Oncologist to join a thriving, collaborative cancer program serving our nation's Veterans. This opportunity offers the rare combination of outpatient-focused practice, academic affiliation, exceptional work-life balance, and the honor of serving those who served.
Position Highlights
- Outpatient-focused Hematology/Oncology practice
- Primary location: Kent, Ohio VA Outpatient Clinic
- Affiliated with the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center
- Occasional weekend inpatient consult coverage only (Cleveland)
- No call coverage
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- No physician employment contract
- No significant restrictions on moonlighting
Practice Environment
- Kent Clinic: 14-chair modern infusion center
- Future Growth: Additional Hem/Onc position planned for Youngstown (Summer 2026) with a 6-chair infusion center
- Collaborative, collegial, and mission-driven oncology team
- Broad spectrum of hematologic and oncologic conditions
Academic Opportunity

Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine
