• Tech: AthenaHealth EMR + AI Scribe (No typing notes at night).
• Inboxologists: Full-time support handles labs, refills, and messages.
• Pace: Max 2.5 patients per hour (99% scheduled in advance).
• Support: 1:1 Medical Assistant ratio + On-site Phlebotomy.
• Freedom: Independent decision-making. No procedures required.

💵 Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary:Up to $250,000
• Bonuses: $50k Volume + $10k Quality Incentives
• Sign-On Bonus:Up to $20,000 (New clinic sites)
• Total Potential:Up to $345,000+
• Retirement: 401(k) with $7.5k Match
• Insurance: Full Health, Life, Disability + Paid Malpractice with Tail Coverage (Day 1).

Requirements:

• MD/DO from an accredited institution.
• BC/BE in Internal or Family Medicine.
• Maryland license (or in progress—we will wait).
