This facility is seeking an Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) forlocum tenens support as they look to fill acurrent need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:
* Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a-5p
* Patients per day: 20-25
* Practice Setting: Urgent Care Clinic
* State Licensure: Colorado state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Board Certified and Department of Transportation (DOT).
* Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks
