We are seeking a fellowship-trained Nuclear Medicine physician for an onsite-only locum tenens opportunity. This role supports a high-volume service with 24/7 coverage needs and offers flexible scheduling, competitive travel coverage, and a streamlined review process for highly qualified candidates.

Locum Tenens Nuclear Medicine Physician (Onsite Only)

Location: Onsite Start Date: Flexible – candidates must be willing to schedule at least one month out Coverage Type: Locum Tenens Schedule: flexible Typical Rotation: 1 week on / 2 weeks off (flexible)

• 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• PM float: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Shift times and rotations are flexible based on availability

• Interpret Nuclear Medicine studies in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Maintain efficient workflow while delivering high-quality diagnostic interpretations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams as needed
• Fellowship-trained in Nuclear Medicine (REQUIRED)
• Board Certified (or actively certifying during credentialing with certification completed by start date)
• Willingness to commit to scheduling at least one month in advance
• Onsite availability only
• Strong academic background preferred

• Fellowship trained
• 50+ peer-reviewed publications (Candidates meeting these criteria tend to move through review more quickly)

• ☐ SPECT/CT
• ☐ Cardiac Nuclear Medicine
• ☐ Thyroid Imaging
• ☐ Renal Scans
• ☐ Bone Scans
• ☐ GI/GU Nuclear Studies
• ☐ Therapy (I-131, Lu-177, etc.) – specify experience
• Average RVUs per shift: ~30 (varies by shift)
• PACS: Infinity
• EMR: Epic
• Dictation: PowerScribe
• Travel and lodging covered
