Corewell Health Medical Group is seeking a skilled and compassionate PM&R physician who has completed an interventional pain fellowship to practice in beautiful Ludington, Michigan. We are excited to expand services along the lakeshore and this practice will be an extension of the multidisciplinary spine care group in Grand Rapids.
Due to the outreach nature of this location, the ideal candidate is an experienced PM&R/Pain physician who is also skilled in EMGs. We are unable to consider anesthesia pain trained physicians as EMGs are required.

Qualifications:
- MD/DO
- Residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (BC/BE)
- Fellowship in Interventional Pain (BC/BE)
- Michigan Medical License & DEA (or ability to obtain)

Qualifications:
- Required Bachelor's Degree
- LIC-Physician (MD) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or
- LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
- CRT-DEA Registration - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required Or
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 120 Days required
- CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association If required by specialty or stress test performed 120 Days required
