At Vera Whole Health, we’re reimagining what primary care should be: relationship-driven, prevention-focused, and centered on the whole person. As a provider here, you’ll have the time, tools, and team to truly make a difference.

Instead of rushing through high patient volumes, you’ll care for just 10–15 patients per day, with 20–60 minute visits that allow you to build meaningful relationships and address the full spectrum of patient needs: physical, emotional, and social.

As a Vera provider, you will:

-Deliver evidence-based primary care with an emphasis on prevention, chronic disease management, and acute care

-Partner with patients and an interdisciplinary care team to create personalized, whole-person care plans

-Leverage on-site lab, pharmacy, and coaching resources to provide seamless, comprehensive care

-Drive population health outcomes through proactive outreach and engagement strategies

-Play a key role in care model innovation, quality improvement, and team collaboration

-Help patients navigate their health journey—acting as their trusted, first point of care

-MD or DO degree

-Board-certified in Family Medicine (preferred) or Internal Medicine

-3+ years of primary care experience

-Active, unrestricted medical license & DEA

-Passion for team-based, value-driven care models

-Experience with EMRs (Athena preferred) and value-based documentation (HCC, Medicare Advantage)

-Commitment to improving patient outcomes and experience
