Job Highlights
Your Role: A Blend of Outpatient and Inpatient Excellence
You will be an integral part of a seasoned team including 3 Perinatologists and 2 Advanced Practice Nurses (APNs). Your responsibilities will encompass a rewarding mix of clinical settings:
- Outpatient Care: Rotate between our modern outpatient clinics in Pomona and Atlantic City, supported by a full staff including a Practice Manager, RN Clinical Manager, Registered Nurses, and expert Perinatal Sonographers.
- Inpatient Consultations: Provide vital consultative services at the AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center for Childbirth in Pomona, a leading facility featuring:
- A 22-bed Level III NICU
- 9 Labor & Delivery beds
- 25 private postpartum beds (all with showers)
- Collaborative Practice: Work closely with OB Generalists and Neonatologists, support our Obstetrics Medicine Clinic for postpartum management, and utilize innovative remote patient monitoring programs for diabetic and hypotensive patients.

Compensation Details
$600-680k
Competitive base salary of $650,000 annually Annual quality incentive bonus up to $25,000 5 paid CME days per year $4,500 annually for CME, professional dues, and medical staff expenses Relocation expense reimbursement up to $10,000 Generous paid time off: 224 PTO hours plus 40 hours NJ sick leave Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance Eligible employer for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF)
