Primary Care Position at Busy Health Center - Outpatient Only

Excellent opportunity exists for a BE/BC Primary Care physician to join Banner Health Centers & Clinics in the rapidly growing cities of the Phoenix west valley. We are hiring for our busy, established health center in Sun City West.

A description of our clinics:

• Step into an established adult patient base with room to grow your own panel
• Mon-Fri with limited call (phone call consult)
• 36 hours of patient contact; 4 hours admin time
• Medical Assistants, network of specialists, and on-site leadership to support an autonomous practice
• Clinical responsibilities to include adult wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to candidate's interest

We seek candidates who are:

• Interested in adult patient populations
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in FM or IM
• Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment

• Salary base plus incentives
