Korn Ferry is partnering with East Tennessee Children’s Hospital (ETCH) in Knoxville, TN, to recruit Pediatric Gastroenterologists for a unique and rewarding opportunity within a growing children’s hospital setting.

ETCH is an independent, mission-driven hospital with over 85 years of service to the region. The Pediatric Gastroenterology program is expanding to meet strong community demand, with approximately 70 referrals per week and a robust infrastructure that includes 3 procedural suites, 10 ORs, and access to 30+ pediatric subspecialties.

This is an opportunity to join a practice uniquely equipped to evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of GI conditions, including IBD, feeding tube management, and other complex digestive disorders. The program emphasizes evidence-based care with a strong focus on nutritional and lifestyle-based approaches, supported by on-site diagnostic and laboratory services.

Candidate Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Gastroenterology
• Ability to obtain a US medical license
• Open to both practicing physicians and fellows in training
