Job Details:

1. Need for Certified Maternal Fetal Medicine that can cover 7:30a-5:00p daily
2. Office/clinic with hospital rounding and overnight consultative call
3. Call Ratio: 1/5
4. Average Number of Scheduled Patients Per Day: 15
5. Number of Physicians in Practice: 4
6. Procedures: Genetic Disorders, Pre-Eclampsia, Multiple Pregnancy, Growth Restriction, Chromosomal Abnormalities, Congenital abnormalities, Pre-term Labor, Hypertension, Thrombophilia, Birth Defects
7. Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 4-8 weeks if clean file

Submission Requirements:

1. Maternal Fetal Medicine Board Certified - REQUIRED
2. Maternal Fetal Medicine Fellowship - REQUIRED
3. Active OH license (not accepting IMLC due to credentialing timeline) - REQUIRED
4. Amniocentesis Procedures/Skill Set - REQUIRED
