    Atrium Health is seeking a Board-Certified IM or FM Physician to join our Concierge Care Division in Charlotte, NC, for a new practice opening in Fall 2026. This membership-based model allows physicians to deliver highly personalized, proactive care to a defined patient panel, emphasizing prevention, wellness, and long-term relationships.

    Highlights

    • Provide comprehensive, individualized care to a small panel of patients (5–10 visits/day). • Build strong, lasting relationships with patients through extended visit times and proactive health planning. • Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; 4.5 days per week. • Manage weekday call for your own patients (aside from vacation weeks); rotate weekend call with physician partners. • Access to onsite labs, radiology, and specialty referrals. • Collaborate with specialists and care teams across Atrium Health’s integrated system. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, using EPIC EMR. • Educate patients on conditions, treatments, and wellness strategies. • Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line. • Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature. • Experience an environment that provides safe and equitable care for all patients.

    Training and/or Experience Required

    • MD or DO from an accredited medical school. • Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. • Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience in primary care. • Experience in concierge or executive health preferred but not required. • Active NC medical license (or eligibility). • Current DEA registration and ACLS certification. • Passion for preventive medicine and patient-centered care. • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
