What Your Practice Would Look Like
- Balanced scope: equal focus on Hematology and Oncology
- Manageable daily census
- Flexible scheduling options: 3.5, 4, or 5-day work week
- Most physicians wrap up clinic by early afternoon
- No weekday call responsibilities
- Light weekend call rotation (1:4) with minimal inpatient coverage
- On-site advanced imaging including PET/CT and ultrasound
- 18 infusion chairs in a modern treatment suite

Compensation & Long-Term Growth
- Strong Competitive guaranteed base salary
- Productivity bonuses paid quarterly based on wRVUs

Candidate Profile
- MD or DO
- Board certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology
- Eligible for or currently holding Florida medical licensure
