This facility is seeking an Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Call and requirements: Friday: 5p - 7a (site willing to use provider for day shift on Friday, if provider is available to start earlier), Saturday: 7a - 7a, Sunday: 7a - 7a

Supervision vs independent: Anesthesia providers, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, Anesthesia Tech

Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC

Certifications required: Board Certified, Basic Life Support and Drug Enforcement Administration

License required or accepting IMLC: Iowa/ Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)

Facility Location
The city's strong ties to the railroad industry are honored by three local museums. One of those, the Union Pacific Museum, also known as the former Carnegie Library, is located in downtown Council Bluffs. The shopping center, the casino, and the Westfair Amphitheater have made Council Bluffs a growing entertainment spot. German born astronaut, Hans Wilhelm Schlegel, graduated as an international exchange student from Lewis Central High School in Council Bluffs.
