HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our collaborative and collegial team at Johnston-Willis Hospital in Richmond, Virginia. This is a W2, hospital-employed opportunity offering excellent compensation, full scope of practice, and a supportive, dynamic work environment. Position Highlights

• Care Team Model:

• 10 General Anesthesiologists

• 23 CRNAs

• Coverage across 18 sites of service

• Case Variety:

• Complex Neuro/Spine, OB, GYN, General Surgery

• Heavy Orthopedics, Robotics, GI

• No Trauma, Cardiac, or Pediatrics

• Annual Surgical Volume: ~17,000 cases

• Scheduling: Mix of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts

• Dedicated in-house Nighthawk Team

• Practice Environment: Full scope of practice, top-of-license clinical autonomy

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program

• Certification by AANA/NBCRNA

• Active RN license with current ACLS and BLS certifications

Compensation & Benefits

• Start Date Bonus: Up to $75,000

• Tiered Compensation: Based on experience plus stipends

• Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000

• Time Off: Immediate 8 weeks PTO (no accrual period)

• CME Stipend: $2,500 annually
