• 4 days per week, 11am-7pm and 8am-4pm shifts
• 20-25 patients per day
• Family practice with urgent care walk-ins
• Suture repairs and fracture care required
• DOT certification preferred
• Hospital privileges required
• BLS certification required
• 3 days at Victory Drive, 1 day at West Lake
