Facility Overview
AdventHealth Altamonte: 75,000 annual volume, 65 ED beds, over 300 hospital beds, EPIC EMR, excellent specialty support services
AdventHealth Lake Mary OSED: 26,000 annual volume, 24 ED beds, observation unit, 10% admissions
AdventHealth Oviedo OSED: 17,000 annual volume, 24 ED beds, CT, imaging, pharmacy, 15% admissions
AdventHealth Sanford OSED: opening September 2025 Your Role as Facility Medical Director * Provide strategic leadership, fostering a culture of patient safety and clinical excellence * Support and develop physicians and APCs through professional development initiatives * Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards * Collaborate with hospital administration and community partners to optimize emergency care services 

Qualifications * Board-certified emergency medicine (ABEM or AOBEM) * Proven leadership experience in a high-volume/high acuity hospital setting * Ability to manage multiple facilities effectively * Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills
