About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Allergy team. This is an excellent opportunity for an APC interested in allergy and immunology care, with on-the-job training provided in collaboration with a board-certified allergist.
The clinician will provide patient-centered allergy care, including assessment, testing, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide allergy-focused evaluations, testing, and treatment under established protocols
- Collaborate closely with a virtual supervising allergist for training, consultation, and case review
- Manage follow-up visits, medication adjustments, and patient education
- Coordinate care with referring providers and interdisciplinary team members
- Document visits and care plans accurately within the EMR
- Participate in ongoing clinical education and quality improvement
Qualifications:
- Licensed NP or PA in Wisconsin
- Previous experience in primary care, internal medicine, or related specialty preferred
- Strong interest in allergy and immunology
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Comfort working independently with virtual specialist support
